  • Large Avocado (1)
  • Eggs (2)
  • Salt-Free Lemon Pepper
it’s good for you and tastes even better.


Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado and remove the seed.
  2. Crack two eggs, placing one in each cleaned avocado pit (one egg per half.)
  3. Sprinkle with salt-free lemon pepper and bake at 360 degrees for 20 minutes.

About this Meal

While this meal might seem small, an appetizer even, it’s good for you and tastes even better. Avocado is rich in vitamins and folic acids and promotes reproductive health.

This is not to mention the egg yolks, which have health benefits as well. While egg whites are great for you, the yolk contains an ingredient that boosts your memory! Like the avocado, egg yolk also contains antioxidants while the entire egg provides vitamins and protein.
