Finding a creamy and indulgent yet healthy dessert can be difficult, but it just got a whole lot easier with this Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie! I use some unconventional ingredients that may surprise you to mimic the tartness of cheesecake, but it's the secret to achieving the beloved cheesecake flavor that you know and love. You can also swap out the blueberries for your choice of fruit to change up the flavor to suit your personal taste. For example, I’ll often use mixed berries in this recipe to add extra flavor!

I like using blueberries in this smoothie not only for a subtly-sweet taste, but also for the powerful plant compounds and vitamins that are essential for boosting immunity, to help strengthen your body’s defenses against illnesses. As we approach flu season, fueling the body with superfoods is a priority and this smoothie is a delicious and satisfying way to load up on nutritious foods!

What You Need to Make this Smoothie

The ingredients you need to make this creamy smoothie include 310 Organic Vanilla, unsweetened cashew milk, frozen blueberries, plain Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, and ice. Apple cider vinegar may seem like an odd ingredient to add into a smoothie, but it helps enhance the tartness of the Greek yogurt to give you that cheesecake flavor, trust me!

This smoothie wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t include a scoop of one of my favorite shakes, 310 Organic Vanilla! If you regularly make 310 smoothie recipes, you know this meal replacement shake is my favorite to give that extra boost of flavor and nutrition! It's formulated with a coconut creamer to give you a thick and creamy texture without any grittiness. And, it’s full of top-quality ingredients that are meant to keep you full for a delicious snack or meal.

How to Make this Smoothie

Finally, it’s time to make this smoothie! Just add all the ingredients into a blender and blend on a medium-to-high setting until everything is smooth. Your smoothie should have a thick and creamy consistency, but you can add more cashew milk if you prefer thinner smoothies. Next, just pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy your healthy sweet treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
