Indulgent Dessert Taste: 310 Vanilla Shake
The first ingredient in this recipe is, of course, 310 Vanilla Shake! This 310 Shake flavor is a staple in my pantry because of it’s phenomenal taste and versatility. Paired with the additional vanilla extract in this recipe, 310 Vanilla Shake is the perfect ingredient to add for subtle sweetness and major flavor. Not to mention, this shake is full of nutrients to help you fuel your body.
In addition to plant-based proteins, 310 Shakes also contain dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and a blend of superfood greens! Sometimes even I struggle to get enough veggies into my day, especially when my schedule is extra-busy, so adding 310 Shakes into smoothies are an easy way for me to increase greens and overall nutrient content! Some of the greens in 310 Vanilla Shake include spinach, broccoli, and kale, just to name a few, so you can easily nourish your body, while enjoying a dessert-like shake!
Nutritious Healthy Fats: Nut Butters
The next ingredient we’re going to highlight in this recipe is nut butter… your choice of cashew or almond butter! Both nut butters are a fantastic option for this shake and you can also change it up to alter the flavor based on what you’re feeling that day! These rich butters are great for adding texture, thickness, and creaminess to any protein smoothie, and the subtle nutty notes really help build the cookie flavors in this recipe.
In addition to phenomenal taste, nut butters are also a source of protein, to help keep you full and energized. But, they’re specifically known for their healthy fats, supporting heart health, brain health, and more.
Chocolaty Flavor & Antioxidants: Cacao Nibs
The last ingredient we’re going to highlight is in honor of National Chocolate Chip Day... cacao nibs! Just because you’re aiming to eat a healthier diet doesn’t mean you can’t indulge in decadent sweets. Cacao nibs have a deep, rich cocoa flavor and add immense texture to your shake, being a great alternative to chocolate chips! Made from cacao beans, cacao nibs also have been shown to contain antioxidants, supporting optimal health and longevity.
