Coconut Chip Shake Recipe

It’s no secret that almost everyone loves chocolate chips, so I had to pair them with one of my favorite flavors to create this Coconut Chip Shake! This coco-nutty shake is so indulgent and will satisfy your sweet tooth using whole, nutritious ingredients. I’ve made this recipe for friends as a quick dessert and they are always surprised this delicious shake is actually full of essential nutrients that fuel and recharge the body!

Cacao nibs and unsweetened dried coconut are fantastic ingredients to add texture and crunch to any drink, but they’re also a great source of healthy fats to help keep you full. And of course, they’re an amazing flavor combination that is absolutely irresistible.

All you need is six ingredients for this recipe, so let’s get started!

What You Need to Make this Shake

To make this shake, all you need is 310 Organic Vanilla, frozen banana, unsweetened coconut milk, unsweetened dried coconut, cacao nibs, and ice. This shake takes under five minutes to blend up for a quick snack or meal to fit even the busiest schedules!

310 Organic Vanilla

For the creamiest vanilla bean base, I use 310 Organic Vanilla which is formulated with a coconut creamer and adds silkiness and thickness to any shake! Sweetened with Stevia and monk fruit, this meal replacement shake tastes like a classic vanilla milkshake but without any of the sugars or artificial flavorings. It’s also packed with a plethora of essential nutrients to help keep you full in between meals so you don’t reach for processed snack foods!

How to Make this Shake

If you don’t have frozen bananas ready to go, first peel and slice your bananas the night prior and place them in the freezer. Once you have your frozen bananas, add them, along with the rest of your ingredients into a blender and blend until everything is thoroughly mixed and completely smooth. Serve your drink in a glass and top it off with a sprinkle of dried coconut, then enjoy! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Vanilla
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened dried coconut
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
