Who can say no to a refreshing, delicious-yet-healthy smoothie? This Double Berry Smoothie recipe is a simple, tasty drink that will help you beat the heat while providing your body with fiber and antioxidants from powerful berries, including strawberries and raspberries. The finished product also has a beautiful pink hue that is so appetizing!

I'm a big fan of making this smoothie after a workout because it helps cool me down and refuel my body with essential nutrients, but it also makes for a great breakfast or snack. If you love making smoothies and shakes, you most likely already have all the ingredients needed for this recipe, so let’s get started!

What You Need to Make this Smoothie

All you need to make this fruity smoothie is 310 Organic Unflavored, frozen strawberries, frozen raspberries, water, unsweetened yogurt, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. Although chia seeds and hemp seeds may be tiny in size, these nutritious seeds truly help me stay full for longer and are amazing add-ins to incorporate into this recipe!

Berries are one of my favorite fruits, so rather than pairing it with other flavors, I wanted to keep this smoothie on the tart side by using 310 Organic Unflavored! It's completely unsweetened so it doesn’t affect or alter the taste of your favorite smoothie recipes. Plus, the coconut creamer in this versatile shake helps add a creamy and thick texture to this smoothie, which can be difficult to achieve when you’re just using water as the base.

  • Replace strawberries and raspberries with blueberries and blackberries
  • Use half an avocado instead of seeds for a creamier texture
  • Almond milk, coconut milk, or coconut water as the base
  • Coconut yogurt instead of regular yogurt for a vegan version
  • 310 MCT Oil instead of chia and hemp for a creamier texture
  • 310 Collagen for a boost of protein!

How to Make this Smoothie

At last, it is time to make this delicious creation! Just simply add all your ingredients into a blender and blend on a high setting until everything is perfectly smooth and combined. I always start on a lower setting before switching it to high to ensure everything is thoroughly mixed. Next, just pour your finished smoothie into a glass, garnish with chia seeds, and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Unflavored
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
