Coconut and gingerbread may be an unconventional combination, but the unsweetened coconut flakes add a subtle sweetness that pairs well with gingerbread, while providing dietary fiber to support digestion. I also included 310 MCT Oil for a boost of healthy fats and energy, which is much needed through the holidays!

Although complex in flavor, this recipe is straightforward and simple to follow. The ingredients that you need for this keto-friendly shake are 310 Organic Gingerbread, unsweetened coconut milk, frozen cauliflower rice, unsweetened coconut flakes, 310 MCT Oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice.

How to Make this Shake

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice 
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp 310 MCT Oil 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice 

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
