Morning Glow Shake Recipe

The first ingredient that I used in this smoothie recipe to balance out all the flavors and add natural sweetness is, no surprise, 310 Vanilla Shake! I always have this particular shake flavor stocked in my pantry because it’s extremely versatile. Whenever you want to create a shake with dessert-like richness and taste, that enhances and pairs well with your other smoothie ingredients, 310 Vanilla is the way to go! Not to mention, you get the added health benefits of essential nutrients in every shake – that you would typically obtain from a well-rounded meal.

Morning Glow Shake Recipe

Total time: 4 minutes

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Vanilla
  • 1/2 small green apple
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple 
  • 1 tsp grated ginger, fresh 
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: a dash of cayenne pepper or a squeeze of lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

  • 36g carbs
