Ingredients:

Serves 1

  • 1 scoop 310 Vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt 
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Serve and enjoy!

Nutrition:

  • 263 calories
  • 38 g carbs
  • 29 g net carbs
  • 6 g fat
  • 20 g protein
