Wellness “Shot” Smoothie Recipe
I am absolutely obsessed with wellness shots because I find them super tasty, but they can also be quite intense and strong for some people. This Wellness Shot Inspired Smoothie has all the zesty flavors of a wellness shot, but in a milder way, so that you can slowly sip and enjoy this immune-supporting drink.
Loaded with vitamin C and anti-inflammatory properties from freshly-squeezed juices and fresh ginger, this smoothie is great for supporting your immunity and overall health. I find it naturally-energizing and always feel amazing after drinking this refreshing smoothie! This unique recipe took some outside the box thinking, but I am in love with how it came out and think you will too!
What You Need to Make this Refreshing Smoothie
In order to make this smoothie, you will need 310 Organic Unflavored, frozen mango, freshly-squeezed orange juice, water, fresh lime juice, chia seeds, minced ginger, a dash of cayenne, and ice (optional). Since wellness shots are typically made with fresh juices, I highly recommend using fresh orange and lime juice to achieve a similar taste.
