Directions:

-1 scoop 310 Shake Vanilla
-6 ounces water or skim milk
-3 drops pistachio extract
-3 drops mint extract
-Handful of spinach or green food coloring

Optional:

  • Add ice, non-fat Greek yogurt and/or non-fat cottage cheese to thicken up your shake a bit if you'd like!
  • Top with non-fat whipped cream
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
