Summer has officially come to a close, and we are waving goodbye to beaches and barbecues, and saying hello to our FALL inspired 310 shake recipes. We’re on the lookout this week for new fall inspired 310 shakes. All meal replacement shake recipes are not created equal. Some are traditional classics (peanut butter and bananas, berries on top of berries), while others are really desserts masquerading as a healthy option. And then there are those that recreate the category by taking a favorite food and bring it to life in liquid form.
Now that fall (a.k.a. pumpkin-flavored everything season) is here, I can’t get enough of sweet pumpkin treats. But in an effort to conquer those shrunken skinny jeans, this 310 Shake recipe is able to satisfy my pumpkin craving without breaking the calorie bank, we are starting off with Caramel Pumpkin Cheesecake ! Finally, a yummy pumpkin flavored shake that you don't have to feel bad about enjoying!
Pumpkin is an underrated nutrition powerhouse. It’s packed with fiber, cancer-fighting carotenoids, and more potassium than a banana. This is a perfect post-workout shake, providing natural carbohydrates to refuel your energy, protein to build your muscle tissue, and a little healthy fat from the almond milk and 310 Salted Caramel Shake to keep you full and satisfied. Plus, the potassium in the pumpkin will replenish those electrolytes lost after an intense training session.
