"310 means the world to me. I found 310 6 yrs ago but didn't start it entirely until 2017. I just turned 40 and got tired of feeling bad every day! I lost 50lbs; everything was going great until April 2020. I got so sick and didn't know what was going on. I was in the hospital most of 2020 with chronic pancreatitis! Since Jan 2022, I've lost another 10lbs."
