Try Now Returns Policy

  • All TryNow returns must be initiated within the 10-day trial window – from receiving the package until the 10th day.
  • Card authorizations will remain until products are received and cleared at the warehouse.
  • If multiple TryNow products have been ordered, authorizations will be released only for the product indicated in the initiated return.
  • All shipping costs, including the shipping cost to return that product back to us, is the responsibility of the customer.
  • To make a return, contact us at or by live chat here  ( We will then email you a confirmation with an RMA number and the address to send the return.
  • Exchanges are not applicable to TryNow products.
