SUGGESTED USE: Drink in the morning, noon and/or before a workout. Pour 8 fl oz of hot water into a cup. Add a tea bag. Let it steep in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Drink it when you feel comfortable with the tea temperature. We already add organic stevia to make it sweet, but if you want it sweeter you can add honey and, for added flavor, a dash of lemon.
