If you’ve never used frozen avocado in your shakes, this recipe is the perfect opportunity to give it a try. It gives your drinks a creamy, rich flavor and is full of health-supporting monounsaturated fatty acids and vitamins! Combined with 310 Shake for a source of quality protein + superfoods, and additional healthy ingredients, this balanced drink is a great pick-me-up for groggy mornings or sluggish afternoons.

What You Need to Make this Shake

You only need six ingredients to make this shake: 310 Organic Mocha, chilled brewed coffee (or cold brew), unsweetened almond milk, 310 MCT Oil, and frozen avocado. Don’t have a ripe avocado ready to go? You can usually find frozen avocado cubes in the freezer aisle next to the frozen fruit as an alternative.

310 Organic Mocha

If you’re a fan of anything and everything coffee flavored, the new 310 Organic Mocha is going to be a game changer! It has a delicious and indulgent chocolate taste with a hint of coffee that pairs well with a variety of ingredients. I’m a big fan of adding it into my coffee shakes or using it to create smoothie bowls. Sweetened solely with Stevia, you can skip the sugary syrups and make a yummy mocha without any artificial ingredients or additives. This unique flavor is a must-have not only for its amazing taste, but for the following qualities as well.

  • 15g of plant-based proteins
  • 5g of dietary fiber
  • Free from sugar, soy, gluten, dairy, and GMOs
  • Vegan, keto, and paleo-friendly

When you grab a drink from the coffee shop, there are endless ways to customize your order and the same goes for shakes! If you’re wondering what else you can add for even more flavor, check out these ingredients that you can include…

  • Cacao nibs for chocolate chip texture
  • Almond or cashew butter for more healthy fats
  • 310 Collagen for additional 11g of protein
