Lucky Green St. Patrick's Day Shake

St. Patrick’s Day (and the month of March!), is going to look a little different this year because you can celebrate in a completely healthy (and delicious!) way while supporting your wellness goals with this Lucky Green St. Patrick's Day Shake!

Lucky Green St. Patrick's Day Shake Recipe

This Lucky Green St. Patrick's Day Shake using our NEW Limited Edition 310 Organic Shamrock Cream is packed with immense flavor and nutrition to satisfy both your taste buds and health. It’s also made with all-vegan ingredients to suit those of you following a plant-based lifestyle.

Rather than using food coloring to achieve a bright green hue, I used spinach (and our Shamrock Cream Shake, of course)! This way, you can add color to your drink while incorporating fiber, iron, and vitamins into your day. Using a combination of whole food ingredients, this dessert-like shake offers 19g of quality protein and 9g of fiber to provide the proper fuel your body needs. The best part? You only need a few minutes to prepare this for the perfect breakfast, snack, or healthy dessert!

What You Need to Make this Shake

You only need a few ingredients to make this shake: 310 Organic Shamrock Cream, unsweetened coconut milk, frozen banana, cashew butter, spinach, vanilla extract, and ice. Add a couple drops of peppermint extract for a stronger mint flavor.

310 Organic Shamrock Shake

As mentioned, I used 310 Organic Shamrock Cream to create a delicious vanilla-mint flavor! With this unique shake, you can indulge in seasonal flavors while staying aligned with your weight loss goals. Formulated with vegan and organic ingredients, you can use this versatile meal replacement shake to make hot or cold drinks, nutritious baked goods, protein balls, and more. I love having Organic Shamrock Cream in my pantry to recreate my favorite holiday treats and think you will too!

Below are some other exceptional qualities that make 310 Shakes stand out…

  • Free from sugar and artificial flavors; sweetened and flavored with Stevia and other plant-based ingredients
  • 15g of plant-based proteins derived from pumpkin, brown rice, and pea
  • 5g of dietary fiber
  • Dairy, soy, gluten, nut, and GMO-free

Ways to “Shake Up” this Recipe

Want ways to add more flavor or nutrition to your drink? I’ve got you covered with a few of my favorite alternative ingredients! Check them out for an equally tasty shake…

  • Almond milk instead of coconut milk
  • Frozen cauliflower rice instead of banana for lower carbs
  • Add flax, chia, or hemp seeds for more plant-based fats and fiber
  • Kale instead of spinach

How to Make this Shake

At last, let’s get to blending! Just add all your ingredients into a blender and blend on a medium-to-high setting until everything is smooth and thoroughly combined. Once you reach a silky consistency, pour your festive shake into a shaker cup or glass and enjoy!
