What You Need to Make this Smoothie
All you need for this smoothie is 310 Organic Unflavored, frozen strawberries, kiwi, frozen cauliflower rice, almond milk, chia seeds, and ice. I love adding frozen cauliflower rice to my smoothies because it helps add more volume and thickness while increasing my daily veggie intake in a simple and quick way!
310 Organic Unflavored
The main flavors of this smoothie are of course, strawberry and kiwi, so 310 Organic Unflavored is making an appearance in this recipe! As you may know, I always use a scoop of 310 Organic Unflavored in my fruit smoothies whenever I want the tart, natural flavors to shine through.
While this meal replacement shake powder may be flavorless, it packs a punch in nutrition! Just check out some of the amazing qualities of this impressive shake formula...

Ways to “Shake Up” this Smoothie
I rarely make the same smoothie twice because I like to find ways to tweak my recipes, even if it’s the simplest change! Based on what you have readily available, you can easily do the same. Below are some variations I’ve tried and highly recommend!
- Omit frozen cauliflower rice and add more strawberry and kiwi
- Use coconut water instead of almond milk for more tartness
- Hemp or flax seeds instead of chia seeds
- Add frozen avocado instead of chia seeds for the ultimate creamy texture
How to Make this Smoothie
Finally, it’s time to make this refreshing smoothie! First, peel and chop your kiwi. I find it easiest to peel my kiwi in vertical strips or you can cut it in half and scoop out the fruit with a spoon.
Next, add it, along with the rest of your ingredients into a blender and blend until everything is completely smooth. Pour your finished drink into a glass and garnish with chia seeds or a strawberry, then enjoy your perfect creation!
