It can be easy getting stuck making the same smoothies over and over again, I totally get it! Humans are definitely creatures of habit and I sometimes find myself making the same recipes repeatedly. BUT, wanting to try something different and new, I came up with this unique Blueberry Blast Smoothie with blueberries, kiwi, and lime! Kiwi is a fruit that I often forget about, so I decided to incorporate it in this recipe for its sweet and tart flavor.

The combination of blueberry and kiwi makes this smoothie taste like a delicious fruit tart that will surely satisfy any sweet tooth. Not to mention, it’s bursting with vitamin C and antioxidants to support overall health and immunity.

What You Need to Make this Smoothie

Making this smoothie is significantly easier than making a fruit tart! Plus, it's completely guilt-free!

The only ingredients you need to make this yummy smoothie are 310 Organic Unflavored, blueberries, kiwi, fresh lime juice, chia seeds, coconut water, and ice. The pop of citrus from the fresh lime makes a huge difference in this recipe, so I definitely recommend adding limes to your next grocery list!

310 Organic Unflavored

When I first made this smoothie without 310 Organic Unflavored, I found myself getting hungry in the next hour. Ever since then, I’ve added a scoop of this nutritious meal replacement shake with plant-based proteins to help keep me satiated for longer!

One of the best things about 310 Organic Unflavored is that it’s unsweetened to allow the natural tart flavors of the other shake ingredients shine through. It also adds a creamy and silky texture that can be hard to achieve when using just coconut water as the base.

Below are just some additional standout qualities that make 310 Organic Unflavored a fantastic meal replacement shake!

  • Formulated with nutritious, vegan, and organic ingredients
  • Crafted with a unique blend of pumpkin, brown rice, and pea
  • Free from sugar, soy, dairy, gluten, and nuts
  • Contains 5g of dietary fiber

Ways to “Shake Up” this Smoothie

This smoothie is light, refreshing and perfect for hot summer days, but if you want a bit more flavor and depth, here are some easy ways you can kick up this recipe.

  • Blackberries or strawberries instead of blueberries: For a stronger berry flavor
  • Add banana instead of lime: Adds additional sweetness and more “fruit tart” taste
  • Coconut milk instead of coconut water: Adds more creaminess and thickness
  • Add 310 Lemonade: For an additional burst of citrus, tart, and fruity flavor

How to Make this Smoothie

To make this smoothie, first peel and chop your kiwi. Hint: You can also slice your kiwi in half and then "scoop" out the inner flesh away from the peel with a spoon - to add into the blender in seconds!

Next, add the remaining ingredients into the blender and blend on a high setting until completely smooth and combined. Pour your finished drink into a glass and garnish with chia seeds on top, then enjoy your healthy sweet treat!
