Let’s look at the ingredients I used to make this ultra-nourishing drink. First I started with 310 Unflavored Collagen and 310 Blackberry Lemonade. Then, I added unsweetened coconut milk, frozen mixed berries, frozen cauliflower rice, chia seeds, and fresh mint leaves (which is optional).

One of the reasons this drink will make you feel so good after drinking it is because it’s packed with clean protein; healthy fats in the coconut milk and chia seeds; and a burst of fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals in the mixed berries, chia seeds, cauliflower rice, and mint leaves.
