Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your unused product for a different variation, please contact customer service for exchange instructions. Exchanges will only be honored if the product being exchanged is unused sealed and in its original packaging. Please note, the product must be back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping costs associate with an exchange are nonrefundable.

EU / EEA CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day on which you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

How to withdraw. You may use our online withdrawal form at 310nutrition.com/pages/withdrawal, complete the model withdrawal form, or send any clear statement of your decision to support@310nutrition.com, including your name and order number. We will acknowledge receipt of your request by email without undue delay.

Refunds. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery (we are not required to refund the extra cost of any faster or upgraded delivery method you chose), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Returning the goods. You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of return shipping; this is charged at actual cost, is not marked up, and we do not charge any restocking fees. When you notify us, we will provide the return address and instructions for your region by email.

Health & hygiene exception. For health-protection and hygiene reasons, our consumable products — including meal-replacement shakes, powders, teas, and supplements — are supplied with a protective seal. If that seal has been broken or the product has been opened after delivery, that item can no longer be returned under the right of withdrawal, because it can no longer be resold safely. Products that remain unopened with the seal intact can be returned within the 14-day period as described above. This does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
