Double Chocolate Gingerbread Shake Recipe

This time of year can be hectic and it’s easy to grab packaged foods or opt for the drive-thru to save time. We’ve all been there, which is why I started taking shakes with me while I run my errands to have a nutritious treat readily available. Make this Double Chocolate Gingerbread Shake in just minutes, pour it into a shaker cup, and have a yummy and healthy snack or meal wherever you go!

In This Recipe

Designed to help keep you full, this tasty shake has an impressive 20g of protein and 12g of dietary fiber from 310 Shake and cacao nibs. Cacao nibs are not only a source of fiber, but they provide powerful antioxidants and plant compounds to help boost your overall health. There’s no need to give up chocolate when it has so much to offer! Plus, with this shake, you’re getting all the chocolate and gingerbread flavors in a nourishing way.

What You Need to Make this Shake

Let’s first review the ingredients that are in this recipe. I used 310 Organic Gingerbread, unsweetened almond milk, frozen banana, cacao powder, cacao nibs, and ice. For a stronger gingerbread taste, I recommend adding a dash of whichever warm, fall spices you have available (cinnamon, ginger, allspice, etc.).

310 Organic Gingerbread

Since getting my hands on the new 310 Organic Gingerbread, I've been using it in absolutely everything! It’s the simplest way to add some holiday cheer into the day by mixing it into my shakes, coffee, or oatmeal. Full of flavor, 310 Organic Gingerbread tastes like an indulgence, while being packed with essential nutrients, and made with quality ingredients to fuel your body and support your wellness goals. It’s my favorite way to add balanced nutrition to my day and here’s a few reasons why…

  • Free from sugar, soy, dairy, gluten, nuts, and GMOs
  • 15g of plant-based proteins from pumpkin, brown rice, and pea
  • Vegan, keto, and paleo-friendly
  • Formulated with organic ingredients, with zero artificial flavors

Ways to “Shake Up” this Recipe

There are infinite ways you can customize this recipe and make it your own, but below are a few alternative ingredients I’ve incorporated in the past to help spark inspiration!

  • Use half a scoop of Gingerbread and half a scoop of 310 Chocolate
  • Swap out almond milk for cashew, coconut, or oat milk
  • Frozen cauliflower rice instead of banana for less carbs
  • Add cashew or almond butter
  • Dark chocolate chips instead of cacao nibs
