Keto-Friendly Low-Carb Granola Recipe

 

Ingredients:

Serves 6

  • 1-2 tbsp 310 Chocolate Shake
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup walnuts, crushed
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt 

Directions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 
  2. In a large bowl, combine the 310 shake, almonds, walnuts, coconut flakes, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix well.
  3. Add the coconut oil and vanilla extract. Mix again to coat everything in the oil.
  4. Transfer to the baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, flipping ingredients halfway through.
  5. Enjoy as a snack or add milk of choice for a low-carb cereal bowl!
