Salted Caramel Keto Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop or 1 single serve packet of 310 salted caramel shake powder
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: a few drops of liquid stevia
  • 455 calories per serving

I really enjoy using the salted caramel meal replacement shake with one cup of almond milk (original, sugar-free).
1-1/2 tsp of sugar free and salt free almond butter.
1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Add desired amt of ice.
Sometimes I’ll add coconut oil or MCT oil.
It’s kind of like a salted caramel chocolate ice cream shake. So good!
