Avocado is one of my most-used ingredients because it adds thickness and creaminess to any smoothie while providing you with heart-healthy fatty acids. You also get essential vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber to nourish both your body and mind. This recipe is pretty straightforward to make, so let’s get to it!
What You Need to Make this Recipe
All you need to make this recipe at home is 310 Organic Unflavored, frozen strawberries, avocado, unsweetened almond milk, and ice. I typically always have frozen strawberries in the freezer but you can use whatever frozen fruit you have available!

I opted for 310 Organic Unflavored for this particular recipe to keep the flavors simple, but this would also taste yummy with 310 Organic Vanilla if you’re looking for a little more sweetness and flavor.
