What You Will Need to Make this Tropical Smoothie
This delicious smoothie is quick and easy to make with just seven ingredients. All you need is 310 Vanilla, strawberries, freshly-squeezed orange juice, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, chia seeds, and water. The fresh orange juice makes a huge difference in flavor and is definitely worth the extra step! Of course, you can also buy freshly-pressed orange juice for convenience.
310 Vanilla
For the base of this smoothie, I am using 310 Vanilla. It's my favorite 310 flavor to pair with fruitier smoothies because it's great for balancing out tart flavors. Plus, it also helps add a subtle sweetness and gives smoothies a nice, dessert-like quality without any added sugars. Instead, it's sweetened with plant-based Stevia for a more natural sugar-free alternative!
In addition to being free of added sugars, here are some other great qualities of 310 Vanilla (and all 310 Shake flavors)...
- Gluten, dairy, soy, egg, and nut-free
- Keto and paleo-friendly
- 15g of plant-based protein
- 5g of dietary fiber
- Plus a blend of superfood greens!
Alternative Ingredients
Like with all recipes, feel free to customize this smoothie to suit your own personal taste and dietary preferences! I’ve made this drink several times and really love to switch it up depending on my mood or what ingredients I have available.

- Different type of berry or kiwi in place of strawberry
- Coconut water instead of orange juice to tone down the tartness
- Hemp or flax seeds instead of chia seeds
- Milk or nut milk for a creamier taste and texture
How to Make this Smoothie
To make this smoothie, add 310 Vanilla, strawberries, fresh orange juice, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, chia seeds, and water into your blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy. If you want your smoothie on the thinner side, add a little more water and continue blending and repeat until you reach your desired consistency. Serve your yummy smoothie in your favorite glass and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop 310 Vanilla
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- ¼ cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
- ¼ cup frozen mango
- ¼ cup frozen pineapple
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup water or 1/2 cup ice and 1/2 cup water
Directions:
- Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
