Thanks to your request, I have crafted this Keto Peanut Butter & Jelly Shake to help fulfill your cravings, while allowing you to stay within your daily macro goals. Even if you're not following a keto diet, this yummy shake made with just a handful of simple, clean ingredients is sure to please - (I know because it's one of my favorites)! 

Made with just six staple ingredients, including 310 Vanilla Shake, 310 MCT Oil, peanut butter, frozen strawberries, unsweetened almond milk, and spinach, this Keto Peanut Butter & Jelly Shake will satisfy sugar cravings, while also helping to maintain a successful keto diet.

Enjoy this protein shake for a balanced meal, or whenever you’re desiring a healthy “sweet treat” – it offers 21g of plant-based proteins, 26g of energizing fats, and only 11g of net carbs.

Keto PB & Strawberry Jelly Shake Recipe

Prep time: 3 minutes

Blend time: 1 minute

Total time: 4 minutes

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp 310 MCT oil
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (frozen into ice cubes)
  • 1 cup spinach

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

  • 11g net carbs
  • 26g fat
  • 21g protein
