Hillary V. Does This Every Morning to Successfully Manage Her Weight!

Having the right mindset is crucial for weight loss motivation. Sometimes it just clicks and you're ready to tackle the challenge of weight loss for good, but it's not always that easy. Sometimes you need a push, and that's what happened to me when I finally decided to take my health seriously.

 

After I had lost a significant amount of weight, I reached a serious plateau. No matter what I did, I couldn't seem to get over it.
