Tell us about your journey to better health…

As a single mom of 3, working full time, while also volunteering as a firefighter… my lifestyle requires me to move around quite a bit. 

So when I noticed myself out of breath doing normal tasks, I knew I needed a lifestyle change!

Tell us about your healthy lifestyle routine?
