Tell us about your journey to better health…
I struggled with my weight for most of my adult life… Until one day (after being fed up with feeling bad about myself).
I saw an ad on Facebook for 310 and thought, “What do I have to lose?”.
Since then - My journey has been more about what I’ve gained, than what I've lost! I’ve gained strength, energy, confidence, and most importantly youth…

Tell us about your healthy lifestyle routine?
I like to start my day with a 310 shake for breakfast:

For dinner, I’ll make a regular balanced meal, and pay close attention to my portion size. (I try not to deprive myself).
