Individuals must be 18 years of age or older to use this Site and you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Policy, as modified from time to time by us. Therefore, you should carefully review this policy so you understand our privacy practices.

As set forth below, our Site may collect up to two kinds of information: personal and aggregate information.

What We Collect From You

Information we may collect includes, but is not limited to, your telephone number, location (GPS) information, Device identifier and hardware information, IP address, browser type and language, system type, whether you have enabling software to access certain features, access times, referring website URLs, and other information about your interactions with us. This website is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Text marketing: With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.

We may rent, sell or share aggregate or personally identifiable information with third parties unless you opt out by emailing support@310nutrition.com.*

For example, AffiliatedThird Parties may handle credit card processing, Site maintenance, fulfillment, shipping, data management, email distribution, market research, and information analysis and promotions management.

Do Not Track Mechanisms

We do not respond to browser do-not-track signals.

Promotional Codes

The following are the 310 Nutrition promo code terms and conditions:
  • Cannot be applied to previously placed orders. 
  • Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. 
  • Only one (1) promo code may be redeemed per customer/per household/ per promotion.
  • Promo codes may require a minimum dollar value purchase.
  • Loyalty/Reward Codes and Promo codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts, coupons, promotions, shipping specials or other promo codes/giftcards.
  • Even if a code is accepted at check out, all orders are reviewed by 310 Nutrition Customer Support team prior to fulfillment. If orders are deemed in violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, they will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Promo codes are not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged.
  • Promo code value applies only to the product price and does not apply to shipping, sales/taxes or fees.
  • 310 Nutrition reserves the right, without further notice to the holders of the promo codes, to modify the terms and conditions for use of the promo codes, or to suspend or cancel the promo code in whole or in part.

SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGING MARKETING PROGRAM

We respect your privacy. We will only use information you provide through the Program to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages.  WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE PROGRAM TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Nonetheless, We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect Our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide Us information in connection with the Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.

Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California can obtain certain information about the types of personal information that companies with whom they have an established business relationship have shared with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. This Privacy Policy is strictly limited to the Program and has no effect on any other privacy policy(ies) that may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts.
