Return Policy 

Need to make a return? We can certainly help you! But keep in mind there are some conditions that need to be met in order to receive your refund.

Which Best Describes Your Situation?

  1. I've received a broken or incorrect item: Sorry about that… We’re doing our best to fulfill your needs as efficiently as possible. Please contact us at support@310nutrition.com to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) needed for a refund or exchange.  Please note, 310 Nutrition is not responsible for product that becomes damaged after use.
  1. I wish to return something for another reason: We can help you, but please keep in mind that in order to maintain streamlined processes, we can only accept up to two returned orders per year. Note that we offer many of our products in single-serving sizes so that you can try various flavors before you purchase full-size products. Please see additional info on returns below…

 

Terms & Conditions for Returns: 

  • We can only accept two returned orders per year (not including orders with a broken or incorrect item).
  • To be eligible for a full refund, we must receive your returned order back within 30 days of purchase. Note that shipping fees for returned items that aren’t broken or incorrect are non-refundable.
  • If you wish to return more than one item, only one product of each type can be opened (for instance if you’re returning 310 Shake and 310 Juice, both can be opened, but not two bags of 310 Shake). In this instance, the second 310 Shake needs to come back unopened and unused in order to receive a full refund. 
  • No single-serving packets of product can be returned for a refund.
  • Refunds will only be processed with a proper RMA. To make a return, contact us at support@310nutrition.com. We will then email you a confirmation with an RMA number and the address to send the return.
  • If return instructions aren’t followed and the package is returned to sender, it may result in your package being received outside of the 30-day money back guarantee window. In these instances, a refund will not be honored.
  • Refunds may take up to 4 weeks before they appear on your bank statement. Most cases will be quicker, however, due to return shipping time (3-9 business days), return processing (4-6 business days), and refund requests to the bank (4-9 business days), it can take up to 4 weeks.

What About Exchanges?

  • If you wish to exchange a product, such as for another type or flavor, the item needs to be unused and sealed. No exceptions, sorry!

  • In order to get your new product, the item you’re exchanging must be back in our warehouse by the 30th day from your purchase date. Any package received after this date will be reshipped to you.

  • All shipping costs, including the shipping cost to return that product back to us, is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Note that shipping fees for exchanged products are non-refundable.

  • To exchange a product, contact us at support@310nutrition.com. We will then email you a confirmation with an RMA number and detailed instructions to follow.
