If you love apples with almond butter, you're going to love this Almond Apple Smoothie! Made with 310 Shake, fresh apples, almond butter and more, this recipe is full of nutrition for a healthy and satisfying meal or snack!

Almond Apple Smoothie Recipe

One of my go-to snacks is apple slices with almond butter, with a dash of cinnamon and light drizzle of honey. It fills me up while satisfying my sweet tooth, but it isn’t the most convenient snack to bring with me while I’m running errands - which is how this Almond Apple Smoothie was created! This yummy smoothie is full of fall flavors and it truly tastes like apple pie. I’ll either have it for breakfast or as a midday snack, but it can also be enjoyed as a post workout drink, lunch, or even dessert.

The first thing I look for in a snack is nutrition density, so I can feel full and get a boost of natural energy. That’s why I love having apples with almond butter because together they make a great source of complex carbs, fiber, and healthy fats!

All you need for this recipe is 310 Organic Vanilla, unsweetened almond milk, frozen apple slices, almond butter, almond extract, cinnamon, and ice. If you don’t have almond extract, you can also use vanilla extract for stronger vanilla bean notes.

As I mentioned previously, I typically drizzle a little bit of honey over my apples with almond butter for a touch of sweetness, but for this recipe all you need is 310 Organic Vanilla to incorporate a vanilla bean flavor in a completely sugar-free way. This well-balanced meal replacement shake also has a plethora of superfoods to keep you aligned with your wellness goals. And, it suits a wide variety of lifestyles, making it easy to recommend to all my friends and family.

  • Cashew butter instead of almond butter
  • Cacao nibs for chocolate flavor and crunch
  • Nuts for additional texture
  • Nutmeg or clove for more “spiced” flavor
  • Add frozen cauliflower rice for more nutrition and volume

How to Make this Smoothie

To make this smoothie, first slice an apple and place it in the freezer and allow to freeze overnight or a few hours.

After you have your frozen apple slices, combine all your ingredients into a blender and gradually blend on a medium-to-high setting until everything is thoroughly combined. Once a smooth texture is achieved, serve your smoothie in a glass, garnish with a dash of cinnamon, and enjoy your tasty fall smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 apple, sliced and frozen
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

Directions:
