If you're a sucker for chocolaty, fudgy, rich and indulgent brownies – but don’t want to turn on the oven during hot summer days – this Brownie Batter Shake is the most perfect frozen treat, and will satisfy all brownie cravings! The recipe is inspired by the richest, most addicting brownies, (that I constantly crave), and is delicious enough to crush your sweet tooth and chocolate cravings all at once! Plus, it only takes minutes to make!

This shake reminds me of happily eating the brownie batter off spatulas as a child – hence its name! Of course, this shake is far, far more nutritious than actual brownie batter, and will give your body and mind the boost of vital nutrients it needs to help you power through your day!

The tasty shake is made with clean, simple ingredients that pack major, delicious flavor! All I use in the recipe is 310 Chocolate, frozen banana, avocado, unsweetened coconut milk, cacao nibs, and cacao powder… that’s it! Enjoy a “sweet treat” any time of day with this shake, while staying aligned with your summer health and fitness goals, providing 20g of high-quality protein and 15g of energizing fats to keep you satisfied for hours!

Before giving you the full, yummy recipe, let’s go over some of the major potential health benefits that this shake has to offer!

Ultra-Nutritious & Satisfying: 310 Chocolate

For a naturally-sweet, totally tasty fudgy base, I’m using a scoop of best-selling shake flavor, 310 Chocolate!

This protein powder has a rich, cocoa flavor that’s further enhanced by cacao nibs and cacao powder in this indulgent recipe. Not to mention, all 310 Shake flavors, including 310 Chocolate, are incredibly nutritious, with only clean ingredients – something that makes it stand out in a market full of high-sugar weight loss drinks.

Extra-Chocolaty Goodness: Cacao Nibs & Cacao Powder

Last but not least, I’ve included both cacao nibs and cacao powder for even more intense chocolaty flavor! While the two additional sources of chocolaty goodness in this recipe further enhance the cocoa flavors in 310 Chocolate, the cacao nibs also add a nice, crunchy texture to this shake.

Brownie Batter Shake

Prep time: 3 minutes

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Chocolate
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1/2 tbsp cacao powder

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

  • 30g carbs
  • 17g net carbs
  • 15g fat
  • 20g protein
