Creamy Strawberry Shake Recipe

This shake has all the flavor and creaminess of a classic diner strawberry shake, but transformed into a healthy and vegan sweet treat that’s packed with vitamin C and fiber from strawberries and cauliflower rice.

If you have a hard time getting enough veggies into your day, frozen cauliflower rice blended into fruity shakes is my favorite way to sneak in an extra serving of vegetables. It adds more substance and thickness to my shakes in a totally flavorless way! This shake is also a great recipe to share with the family, especially if anyone isn't the biggest fan of vegetables.

What You Need to Make this Shake

As mentioned previously, you only need six simple ingredients to make this perfectly-balanced shake: 310 Organic Vanilla, frozen strawberries, frozen cauliflower rice, flax seeds, unsweetened coconut milk, and ice. If you like your shakes on the thicker side, I recommend using frozen strawberries but you can use fresh strawberries for a thinner consistency, if you prefer!

310 Organic Vanilla

310 Organic Vanilla is my favorite meal replacement powder to use to create a delicious creamy strawberry milkshake base for this shake! However, if you want more of a strawberry smoothie-like shake, I highly recommend trying this recipe out with 310 Organic Unflavored. Either way, you really can't go wrong!

Formulated with coconut creamer so you can achieve a silky smooth texture with phenomenal taste - no matter which flavor you choose - 310 Shakes also contain a plethora of nutrients to replenish and fuel your body!

Ways to “Shake Up” this Recipe

You can keep this shake simple or add some extra ingredients for more flavor and texture, depending on what you’re in the mood for. Here are some additional ingredients you can try using for a change of taste!

  • 310 Unflavored instead of 310 Vanilla
  • Your choice of berries for a different flavor
  • Omit frozen cauliflower rice and use a full cup of berries
  • Chia or hemp seeds instead of flax seeds
  • 310 MCT Oil instead of seeds for a creamier texture
  • 310 Collagen for a boost of protein

How to Make this Shake

Simply add all the ingredients into your blender and blend on a medium-to-high setting until everything is completely smooth and thoroughly combined. For a thinner consistency, add a splash more coconut milk. Once you reach your desired consistency, serve your shake in a glass and sip away!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

  • 12g net carbs
  • 11g fiber
  • 9g fat
  • 19g protein
