How to Make this Keto Vanilla Blueberry Smoothie 

There's no reason why you can't enjoy a sweet treat while adhering to your keto dietary plan with this Keto Vanilla Blueberry Smoothie! This smoothie has a luscious blueberry pie flavor but is made with nutritious low-carb ingredients that will help you reach (or stay in) ketosis. I even included MCT oil to incorporate healthy, energizing fats to support your goals! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp 310 MCT Oil
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
