Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop 310 Salted Caramel
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 2 dates
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

Directions: 

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
  3. Optional: top with an extra dash of cinnamon!

Today was the first time trying a 310 shake since Ive had my kit for 6 months now but couldnt commit to starting. Im excited that this was the first I tried cuz it was SO delicious, I think it will be easier to commit
