"This is my go to for meal replacement shakes. I usually mix mine with water but you could mix it with any liquid you like-almond milk or coconut milk is really good with it. I find them filling and satisfying without the unfortunate side effects of other dairy based products. There is no lingering aftertaste of chemical sweetener and they taste like they say-I particularly like the Tropical Coconut one but have embraced the Snickerdoodle as a new favorite."
