Ingredients:

Serves 1

  • 1 scoop 310 Vanilla 
  • 1 small apple, sliced
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 dash of nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions: 

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

Nutrition: 

1 Serving (recipe serves 1)

  • 278 calories
  • 32g carbs
  • 22g net carbs
  • 10g fat
  • 19g protein
