Chocolate Kiwi Blueberry Shake

How to Make this Chocolate Kiwi Blueberry Shake 

When you can't decide on a fruity shake or a “dessert-like” shake, you can enjoy the best of both worlds with this yummy Chocolate Kiwi Blueberry Shake! It tastes like a chocolate fruit tart while being made with whole food, vegan ingredients, including 310 Shake and fresh fruit -offering 20g of plant-based proteins and 12g of dietary fiber to help boost satiety!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Chocolate
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp almond butter

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Variations

How to Make this Shake

First, peel and chop your kiwi. I find it easiest to peel my kiwi in vertical strips or you can cut it into quarters and scoop out the fruit with a spoon.

Next, add all your ingredients into a blender and blend on a medium-to-high setting until completely smooth. Pour the finished drink into a shaker cup or glass and sip away!
