Cookies and Cream Shake Recipe

 

Ingredients:

Serves 1

  • 1 scoop 310 Vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1-2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

Try adding some stevia or monk fruit for natural sweetness. To make it thicker, try frozen banana or oven frozen avocado!

On the cookies and cream recipe, is there anyway to make it taste a little sweeter and maybe the texture thicker?

Hi Keith!
Aim for unsweetened to avoid sugar. You can do dairy yogurt or something plant-based, like almond yogurt, coconut, etc!
