How to Make this Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Unflavored
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 packet frozen dragon fruit
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice

What You Need to Make this Smoothie

The ingredients I used for this recipe are 310 Organic Unflavored, unsweetened coconut milk, banana, frozen mixed berries, frozen dragon fruit, chia seeds, and ice.

Pitaya vs. Dragon Fruit

You can typically buy frozen dragon fruit puree at your local grocery store in the frozen fruit aisle, but you may have noticed it’s also called pitaya. Dragon fruit and pitaya can be used interchangeably and are actually the same fruit... what it’s called just depends on the brand! This super fruit can vary from white to pink and is loaded with vitamin C and fiber. The pink ones just help make your drink look extra bright and colorful!
