How to Make this Smoothie
It’s finally time to assemble this green smoothie! The first thing you want to do is remove the leafy green part of the kale from the stem, which can be bitter and fibrous. Next, add your kale and coconut milk into a blender and blend until the greens are completely smooth. No one wants chunky kale bits in a smoothie, so this extra step just ensures the greens are perfectly incorporated!
Next, just add the remaining ingredients with your blended kale and blend again on a medium to high setting until everything is thoroughly combined.
Finally, serve your finished smoothie in a glass or shaker cup and enjoy!
