How to Make this Green Keto Vanilla Shake

If you're thinking of trying keto to reach your summer goals (or have been following keto guidelines for awhile), you need to try our latest Green Keto Vanilla Shake recipe! This yummy drink is packed with low-carb veggies and healthy fats to balance your health while supporting the keto lifestyle. It's loaded with essential greens and even offers 18g of plant-based proteins with only 5g of net carbs! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen avocado
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp 310 MCT Oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

What You Need to Make this Shake 

Let's quickly review the ingredients in this recipe. I used 310 Organic Vanilla, unsweetened coconut milk, frozen avocado, cucumber slices, spinach, MCT oil, vanilla extract, and ice!

310 Organic Vanilla

If you have a sweet tooth and are following keto or low-carb guidelines, try 310 Shakes for a healthy yet indulgent treat that tastes just like a dessert! I used 310 Organic Vanilla for this particular recipe because the vanilla bean notes pair well with the rest of the ingredients and offers a milkshake-like flavor. How to Make this Shake

To make this shake, I first like blending the spinach with coconut milk to create a smooth puree to ensure that the end result is nice and creamy with no leafy bits remaining.

Next, I add the rest of the ingredients into the blender and blend again for 30 to 40 seconds until completely smooth and incorporated! Finally, serve the shake in a glass or shaker cup and enjoy!
