I’ve found that if I make myself a great-tasting and healthy warm beverage, it helps keep me away from snacking on processed foods or having a sugary dessert. 

Plus, with the weather getting cooler, a hot shake is also appealing as a calming evening ritual to support total wellness - and this next recipe I have for you offers many unique benefits for health and weight loss. 

This Coconut Golden Milk Latte is perfect for enjoying after dinner to help support optimal digestion - or any time of day, especially after meals. 

Along with super yummy, soul-satisfying taste, it also contains powerful ingredients that are known to help reduce inflammation in the body. They support healthy joints, glowing skin, a youthful appearance, strong immunity, great digestion and your weight loss goals.

Directions:

1) Warm coconut milk either on the stove top or microwave.

2)  Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
