If you’re in the mood for some crunch, this Keto Coconut Cashew Chip Shake is going to excite your taste buds and satisfy your sweet tooth. The flavors remind me of a chewy coconut cookie, but it’s full of nutritious (and keto-friendly!) ingredients to support your health and wellness goals.

For the ultimate mouthfeel, I use unsweetened coconut flakes and cacao nibs to recreate the texture of a chocolate chip coconut cookie. Both are sources of healthy fats and fiber and fit keto and low-carb guidelines. And, the shake is balanced with plant-based proteins to promote satiety, making it an ideal breakfast, snack, or dessert. If you’re not following keto, you can still enjoy this shake for a yummy and quick way to pack essential nutrients into the day!

What You Need to Make this Shake

The ingredients I used to make this shake are 310 Organic Toasted Coconut, unsweetened coconut milk, cashew butter, dried unsweetened coconut, frozen cauliflower rice, cacao nibs, and ice. If you don’t have cashew butter, you can also use actual cashews.

How to Make this Shake
