Coconut Golden Milk Shake

Golden milk lattes are absolutely scrumptious by themselves, but have you ever considered making one into a shake? Golden milk not only adds a vibrant yellow hue to your drinks, but a major boost of flavor and nutrition!

This Coconut Golden Milk Shake has all the yummy flavors of an iced golden milk latte, but with an extra punch of coconut flavor and healthy fats from unsweetened dried coconut and MCT oil to fit into your keto or low-carb dietary plan - if you’re following those guidelines!

It may seem unconventional to add a turmeric based drink into a shake, but in addition to turmeric, 310 Golden Milk contains a blend of immune-supporting herbs including cinnamon, ginger, maca, and cayenne for the perfect balance of sweet and savory. What You Need to Make this Shake

To make this recipe, you just need seven ingredients: 310 Organic Vanilla, unsweetened coconut milk, 310 Golden Milk, 310 MCT Oil, frozen cauliflower rice, unsweetened dried coconut, and ice. If you’re following keto or low-carb guidelines, frozen cauliflower rice is a must-have because it’s a great substitute for frozen bananas, a highly popular ingredient in shakes and smoothies. Frozen cauliflower rice helps add thickness and volume in a flavorless way and you’re even sneaking in a serving of veggies!

310 Organic Vanilla

To balance out the coconut flavors in this shake, I use a scoop of 310 Organic Vanilla for the perfect vanilla bean flavor and a touch of sweetness. Naturally-sweetened with plant-based Stevia and monk fruit, you can achieve a dessert-like quality in your shakes without any added sugars or artificial flavorings.

I’m a big fan of having shakes as a snack because it helps hold me over until my next meal in a balanced way. Rather than reaching for chips or crackers, all I need is a 310 Shake and I feel satiated. Here are some awesome reasons why 310 Shakes are my go-to meal replacement shakes!

  • 1/4 cup of full fat canned coconut instead of MCT oil
  • Chia, flax, or hemp seeds for additional healthy fats and texture
  • 310 Collagen for an extra 11g of protein
  • A dash of coconut extract for even more coconutty flavor

How to Make this Shake

Simply combine all your ingredients into a blender and blend on a medium to high setting until everything is smooth and thoroughly incorporated. Once you reach a rich and creamy consistency, serve your finished shake in a glass and garnish with some dried coconut, then enjoy your Coconut Golden Milk Shake!
