This Kiwi Lime Smoothie is refreshing and energizing for a nutritious and tasty meal, snack or dessert. It's not only naturally vegan, but simple make and will keep you on track with your health goals!
Kiwi Lime Smoothie Recipe
I created this Kiwi Lime Smoothie for those of you who are absolutely obsessed with sour candy, (myself included)! This smoothie reminds me of the punch of sugar you get from a sour gummy, except it's loaded with all your essential nutrients, without any added sugars! Packed with fresh fruit and veggies, along with chia and hemp seeds, it offers lots of vitamin C, antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty acids to help give your immunity a major boost while supporting glowing skin!
In general, I enjoy starting my mornings with a fruit smoothie because it's so refreshing and energizing. This Kiwi Lime Smoothie is a go-to of mine because it contains all the nutrients that you would normally get from a regular breakfast, if not more! With 24g of protein and 10g of healthy fats, I know I’ll be ready for whatever gets thrown at me throughout the day. This drink is also great as a snack or nourishing post-workout smoothie!

The ingredients you need for this smoothie are 310 Organic Unflavored, kiwi, lime, frozen cauliflower rice, water or coconut water, chia seeds, hemp seeds, spinach, and ice. Skip the lime juice concentrate in this recipe and either juice fresh limes or grab fresh lime juice from the store. - Avocado instead of chia and hemp seeds for smoother texture
- Swap spinach out for kale
- Add berries in addition to kiwi or in place of kiwi
How to Make this Smoothie
First, prep the smoothie by juicing your limes. I recommend rolling your limes on the counter to get the most juice out of them!
After you have your lime juice, just combine all your ingredients into a blender and blend on a medium-to-high setting until everything is thoroughly-mixed and incorporated.
Next, just pour your finished smoothie into a glass or shaker cup and garnish with either lime zest or chia seeds and you’re ready to enjoy a refreshing and nourishing smoothie!
