Low-Carb Mint Patty Shake

 How to Make this Low-Carb Mint Patty Shake

Here's our Low-Carb Mint Patty Shake that is reminiscent of the real thing! This dessert-like shake is made with whole, vegan ingredients including 310 Shake and frozen avocado to offer balanced nutrition and immense flavor. In fact, this tasty and easy-to-make recipe is packed with 19g of plant-based proteins and 10g of fiber while remaining aligned with low-carb guidelines! 


  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Chocolate Mint
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 frozen avocado
  • 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup ice


  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
