310 Version "Medicine Ball Tea"

How to Make this 310 “Medicine Ball Tea” Recipe

If you’ve never heard of “Medicine Ball Tea”, it’s the name of a hot beverage that used to be on the “secret menu” of one of the largest coffeeshop chains. It became so popular that the company recently added it to their main menu.

The drink became a hot topic on social media because it’s said to potentially help combat symptoms of the common cold, potentially even shortening your suffering. And of course, it also helps to support strong immunity and build up your body’s defenses.

With cold and flu season inevitably creeping up, I thought this was a great recipe to create myself for all of you using 310 products. And let me tell you, I’m a huge fan! First of all, it’s delicious!

Plus, the 310 version of “Medicine Ball Tea” is even healthier than some other versions since it doesn’t contain added sugar (except for the honey), and contains body-balancing electrolyte minerals plus cleansing herbs from 310 Lemonade and 310 Teas.

Read on to learn more and discover how to make this health-supporting 310 drink…

What You Need to Make this Tea

Whether you aren’t feeling your best or you just want a warming beverage to sip on, you’re going to love this version of Medicine Ball Tea!

Let’s start by going over the ingredients you need to make it… I used 310 Original Lemonade, 310 Jasmine Mint Tea, 310 Peach Tea, hot water, lemon slices, honey, and mint leaves.

The tangy-sweet taste of the lemonade combines especially well with the juicy peach and refreshing jasmine mint in this recipe. It’s a true treat for the senses and total wellness!

310 Original Lemonade

Rather than using regular old lemonade that's full of added sugars, I opted for a stick of 310 Lemonade! It's sugar-free and a great way to achieve the tart, citrus-y flavor of this drink without all the unnecessary additives.

Unlike other lemonades, it actually supports weight loss with green tea extract to help boost metabolism and apple cider vinegar to support healthy digestion and cravings control. It also contains electrolyte minerals to promote pH balance and enhanced alkalinity in the body – the ideal state for health and weight loss.

These are all excellent reasons to add 310 Lemonade to a hot drink supporting immunity!  Not to mention, it’s delicious and can help you fight sugar cravings.

Each convenient, single-serving packet of 310 Original Lemonade…

  • Has only 5 calories per serving & 1g of carbs
  • Is sweetened naturally
  • Contains real lemon crystals for superior taste
  • Is vegan and gluten-free

310 Jasmine Mint & Peach Teas

Next up in this recipe, 310 Teas are incredibly delicious and contain herbal ingredients that support total body cleansing, health, and weight loss.

The addition of both of these teas in this Medicine Ball Tea recipe can support a boost in energy and mental concentration, with minimal caffeine. They also promote satiety and fullness, along with a faster metabolism.

The blend of herbs in both teas includes green tea, oolong tea, rooibos, yerba mate, ginger, pomegranate and more.

In addition, each flavor of 310 Tea also comes with its own unique taste and benefits. 310 Jasmine Mint tea gets its lightly-sweet, uplifting flavor from jasmine flowers, and 310 Peach offers juicy, ripe peach flavor.

Recipe Variations

I always include a section for recipe variations to help you recognize how you can change up recipes and make them your own, if desired. But, if you’re going to change up this recipe, make sure you try it at least once the way it is, for the full benefits and to experience it!

If you’re still looking for ways that you can alter this recipe for a unique taste, here are some suggestions…

  • Use another flavor of 310 Lemonade, like Blackberry or Ginger Cayenne
  • Add 1 scoop of Vitamin C Powder instead of 310 Lemonade for an orange-citrus taste and immune support
  • Use orange slices or another citrus fruit instead of lemon
  • Add fresh minced ginger for a kick
