The Turning Point...
I wasn’t looking for a weight loss solution when I came across 310; instead, I was going through the hardest time of my life. After the sudden loss of my son months earlier, my health had taken a nosedive. I started drinking alcohol as a way to cope and due to that my body ballooned from 130 pounds to an unthinkable 215 pounds in just three short months. Everyone was intensely worried about me, and my doctor said I needed to make a change, fast.
That was the state I was in when I stumbled upon Melissa Gorga discussing 310 on Twitter. After tweeting back and forth with her and asking some questions, my doctor’s voice popped into my head saying that if I didn’t do something I would surely die from alcohol poisoning. I knew I needed to get better for the rest of my family and I thought that maybe the 310 products could help me.
The Change...
I ordered my 310 Starter Kit shortly after – which is the very same day I stopped drinking. I detoxed for a week, just in time for my kit to arrive, and once it did, I made getting healthy my new focus instead of alcohol. I dove head-first into the 310 program, ordering up a storm, and all the products helped me in various ways.
I drink a 310 Shake in place of a meal two times a day and my favorite flavor is the Chocolate. I always replace dinner with a shake and then I also replace either breakfast or lunch. I love my shake with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a scoop of 310 Juice, a frozen banana and a cup and a half of ice. The shake keeps me full for a good 4-5 hours like I’ve just eaten an actual meal.
Some of the other products I use that I love include the 310 Lemonade (I have every single flavor!), which helps keep me hydrated and suppresses my appetite, and the 310 Tea, which relieves my bloating. Both of these drinks taste so good that it’s hard to believe they are good for me! I also use the 310 Metaboost which gives me an energy boost after my weekly workouts.

They’ve helped me stay strong throughout this entire process, and not only lose weight, but reach a healthier place mentally from the pit of despair I was in before. Weight Loss Success!
It’s been about 6 months since I started with 310 and I’ve lost 75 lbs. and look like a completely different person! I’m only about 5 lbs. away from where my doctor said I should be, 130 lbs., but I’m also very happy at 135. I’m wearing a size 6 pants and I feel amazing in mind, body and spirit.

July, 2019 Update!
Everything is the same except now I've kept the weight off and then some since March 2018 where I hit my mark of 125 and stayed there.
My doctor wants me to continue certain 310 products, which is one shake daily as a snack because the 310 shake with unsweetened vanilla almond milk is a better cleaner choice than Boost or Ensure. My Doctor also likes the ingredients in the 310 juice, and feels these are keeping me healthier than I would be without them. My blood work is excellent, I'm not on any medications (except for PTSD). All of my other lab tests are in his words, "Great for being 54".
I walk a lot, I still have my 310 gym set and use it. I'm also learning yoga. Products from 310 are definitely going to continue to be a staple in our home.
